Meet G: Chronically ill. Creatively unhinged.

Building shit anyway.

A woman with short hair, glasses, and tattoos on her arms and neck, standing with arms crossed, wearing a brown t-shirt and black pants in a room with blurred background.

Hi, I’m G — a retired hairdresser turned branding strategist, adaptive coach, and chaos navigator for people who’ve had to fight for their bodies, their stories, and their space in the world. I spent over 15 years making people feel powerful through hair — traveling, teaching, creating 3D art with scissors. Then autoimmune illness bulldozed my life. I went from bright lights to brain fog, from hustle culture to hospital visits. The medical system? Not built for someone like me: tattooed, queer, loud, and done being dismissed.

So I stopped chasing the old version of success and built something that actually fits.
G Creates Chaos is where all my mess — and magic — comes together.

What I Do Now:

Now I help people like me — chronically ill, burnt out, creative AF — find movement that works with their bodies, not against them. Through adaptive training, nervous system tools, and blunt honesty (because toxic positivity can kick rocks), I coach folks through the chaos.

At the same time, I help weird, wonderful businesses find their voice and look like they mean it. I’m a brand designer who believes your visuals should hit like a gut punch, not a yawn. Whether you're a radical therapist, a queer-run bakery, or a spoonie startup — I’ll help you build something bold, strategic, and unmistakably you.

From Katie M:

“Compassionate, intuitive, and unapologetically real — G meets you where you are and helps you rise.”

  • A young woman jumping in the air outdoors with an urban background and cloudy sky, wearing yellow boots, a beige t-shirt, shorts, and a plaid shirt tied around her waist.

Movement should meet you where you are - not punish you for where you're not.

  • Person covered in colorful paint holding pen and art supplies on table.

Design should feel like your weird, magical, messy self.

  • Person lying in a hammock indoors, wearing gray sneakers and khaki pants, with a brown dog looking up at the camera nearby.

    Rest is productive.

  • A person's hand reaching towards the sun shining through a forest of tall trees, with a rainbow lens flare near the wrist.

Healing doesn't have to be pretty to be powerful.

  • A muscular person with long dreadlocks wearing a gray hoodie is leaning forward, holding onto bars in a gym setting.

Chronic illness is not a flaw - it's a force.

  • Person wearing a white shirt with the words 'YOU MATTER' in colorful text on the front, standing against a wall.

    Representation matters.

  • Back view of a person with brown hair blowing in the wind, wearing a dark jacket, outdoors near water or a beach.

You don't have to be polished to be powerful.

  • Close-up of two hands covered in multicolored paint, with fingers touching, against a light background.

    Creating is rebellion.

  • A young woman with dark hair standing on a mountain with a lake and mountainous landscape in the background during sunset or sunrise.

We are allowed to be all the things - flared, fierce, and figuring it out.
